I am about 15-20 pounds away from meeting my goal and having a 'healthy' BMI. These past few weeks I haven't lost much, if any, weight. I am starting to get discouraged and frustrated. Any tips/ideas/motivation to help me get past this plateau?? Thanks so much!!!

Change up your workout! Try a dance class, go roller skating at the local rink. Take a hike on a regular basis!0

Hi Amber,
Wish I had wonderful words of wisdom to help you bound over this Plateau, but I myself have been stuck for a few months :grumble: I was getting really discouraged then I realized this was a perfect time for me to try and maintain what I have lost and guess what its not that hard to maintain and i know that the rest will come off soon  Think positive as long as your not falling back into old habits then you are winning the battle everyday. For it is far better to hold your gound than to lose it :flowerforyou:

I was stuck for a month and what worked for me was eating the majority of my exercise calories. I know how painfully hard it is to be on a plateau and I felt like giving up but hang in there! It really is part of the weight loss journey! I wish you success!0
