Just joined this site and can already see the great benefits of this community and what a friendly bunch of people you are. I only wish I'd found it earlier but I guess the time is right for me now. It's amazing that it's free too and there's virtually 24 hour support unlike the clubs you pay to go to, plus it's worldwide. Must dash to get ready for work. See you all soon. Keep smiling xx

    I'm from England too and it's so true what you were saying about the pricey clubs and websites - I've been stung with them ones before!! But I'm spreading the word about myfitnesspal coz it's the best :-)
