5 mos. post partum and need some support

hi all -

i don't know how to add friends, but i would like some help...

if you can see my diary, i eat well all day and then at night, i snack myself into a frenzy

i'm nursing my 5 month old, so i'm always hungry

is my caloric intake too high at 1300?

also, i don't know how to add friends - feel free to add me

    You just click one someones name and it should take you to their profile and I think there is a thing that says add friend. I just started really using like two days ago. 1300 calories doesn't seem like a lot when you bf. Idk though bc I don't bf but I thought you could have 500 extra calories. I wonder if thats one of the "exercises" you can add on here lol. If not it should be.

    I created an exercise for 500 calories when I was nursing. You want to make sure you are eating enough or your supply will drop.

    I am currently breastfeeding and you need more than 1300 calories when breastfeeding, You may want to bump it up to 1800-2500 depending on your weight and activity level. You need to make sure that you are eating enough with 1300 you are not. You are always hungry because you are not eating enough during the day and you need to make sure that you are drink enough water.
