Banana Smoothies/Shakes?

Lately I've been doing banana and almond milk with avocado or spinach, and protein powder or Greek yogurt.(if you want it thicker).0

Going to try out this smoothie recipe for breakfast one day this week!
6 ounces skim milk
1 banana (frozen)
1-2 TBSP of PB2 or peanut butter
1/2 cup oats

My go to smoothie is 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder, 1 Tb almond butter..... The frozen banana makes it extra creamy! It honestly tastes like dessert! I use a bullet to blend it together, enjoy!0

4-5 frozen strawberries
8oz. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1TBSP almond butter
1/8-1/4 tsp almond extract and/or banana extract
