Hello everyone!
So i am new to this whole losing weight thing and I need a lot of help. I have just started myfitnesspal and Ive been exercising for a few weeks now.
I am 22
Working full time as a paralegal
CW 137
GW 110-115
I am going to law school in the fall
I would like some help on foods that are good for diets and weight loss. Anything you can tell me would be great! Thank you all so much!

Staying away from fast food/eating out, processed junk, sugary junk, has really helped me. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc.
If you are really serious about changing your lifestyle, do some research, educate yourself and figure out a diet plan you can stick to no matter what kind of day you are having. Make a work out and food schedule and stick to it. Prepare your meals ahead of time.
Especially being a student, it is hard to eat right but with proper planning and execution, you can get around this.0 -
If you plan on being very active, I'd recommend consuming quite a few "good carbs." (i.e. fruit, fresh veggies), lean meats like turkey and white meat chicken. Try to limit any kind of processed foods such as canned goods, fast food, or potato chips.
I always like to to tell people to have at least one day out of the week where you can splurge just so you can avoid binge eating. It's like a cheat day. Good luck. I think you'll do fine.0 -

It helps me to eat LOTS of vegetables. They make me feel like I am eating a lot of food without too many calories.0
