Does anyone else drink lemon water?

I've heard from a bunch of articles (admittedly none that were super reliable) that having a glass/bottle of water with a slice or two of lemon in it offers some healthy benefits (healthier skin, vit C, helps restore pH, dissolves uric acid, have antibacterial properties, contains "anti-cancer" compounds, supposedly aids in burning fat, etc.)
I've been drinking it now only for a week or so, but my question is does anyone do this regularly? Have you noticed any marked improvement in your health/skin? Thanks!

My mum drinks the juice of about 6 lemons a day. It has helped her majorly with her joint and arthritis pain
