This past Monday, I ran/jogged three consecutive miles for the first time since 2000. It was an outdoor run.

That's all for now!

Isn't that an amazing achievement? The first time I ran 3 miles it was incredibly slow, but I was so freaking proud of myself because it was the longest distance I had every accomplished. Keep running and having fun!

I should have added .1 to make it a 5k!

Coincidentally, 2000 was also the last time that I participated in a 5k race. I just need to work time now..........
