NSV!! I can run!!!

Options
Last year this time I started out not being able to even run a quarter mile. I have lost 58lbs in the last 12 months going from 240 to 182, and have been slowly building up my running time/distance. I have run a few 5k at the gym, cycling a walking break every 5 minutes for 30 seconds and then running again. But tonight I ROCKED IT and ran the whole darn thing!!! I stayed steady at 6mph!! I am stoked, I really needed this confidence boost, I feel like I can accomplish anything I put my mind to now!! Thanks for letting me share!!!
