Hello all.
My name is Michael Ray, I live in Spring Tx. I am a married man, with a wonderful son that is 17 months old.
My wife and I both gained weight during her pregnacy. I got all the way up to 262lbs, before I said enough. Since then my wife and I have been working out and eating a little better. Currently I am down to 234lbs that 28lbs down. My short term goal is to lose 20lbs more, then set another goal.
Everyone stay on track and make that goal you made.

    Welcome Michael! I've been on the site for 2 weeks, and love it. My hubby isn't on the site, but is still losing weight, due to what I'm eating! WTG on setting some goals and deciding to be healthier. :drinker:

    Welcome, I'm new too. I have a 14 month old son and a 2 month old daughter. Good luck in your weight loss goal, that is great you and your wife are losing weight together!
