So happy you found this site...same here, been at it for a week and a couple of days...lost 2lbs using the food dairy to keep calorie intak incheck.

Hi,
2lbs. that's great. I'm aiming for two lbs. a week as well. Today I tried a pair of pants that
didn't fit, and now they do. (Just ). It feels pretty good for the first week.
