Nonfat blueberry muffins

Tweaked a recipe for blueberry muffins and it is husband approved.
2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup evaporated cane juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of Silk Low Fat milk (milk can be used)
2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white (3 tablespoons)
1 cup of blueberries

Combine the ingredients and pour in muffin tin. Bake 350 degrees for 15 min. Check to make sure they are done.
Makes 12 muffins
1 serving=106 calories, 0 fat, 17g carbs, 2g fiber, 4g protein, 18mg sodium

    Can we use the Hodgson White wheat Flour for this? I dont seem to care much for whole wheat flour.. if we use the other do we have to make any adjustments do you know? this sounds perfect for the weekend..

    I had the same question about cane juice? Can it be replaced for something else?
