Walk, Run, Bike MOVE 75 miles in April

Hello everyone! Let's get moving! I amazed myself by accepting a challenge to run/walk/bike/wiggle 60 miles in March...and I surpassed myself by moving 71! For a big girl like me to move 71 miles in a month and we still have several days left is fantastic! If you're in comment below and track your miles by posting a note at the bottom of your exercise log. This is a personal challenge based on the honor system...no one is winning but YOU!

My favorite mile-smashing activity is using my stationary bike...and I've found that the bike truly works all your body...my three-baby stomach has shrunk and I didn't think it was possible.

So get up, get out there, and move that body! You will never regret it.

    I've been on here about a month and I've started trying to exercise every day for 45 minutes. I either run, ride a bike or swim. I've exercised my whole adult life, but sporadicly. I'm finding that doing it every day makes a big difference in how good I feel. You can really ad on the miles without killing yourself by doing it everyday.
