Has anyone done Shaun T's rocking body workout by Beach body. I just received two DVD's and want to know the calorie burn. They look like they are really great, just want to know the numbers. Thank you!

    This is the same guy that does the insanity workout.

    I do his Hip Hop Abs and calculated it out to about 200 cals/25 mins. equated the work out to about the same as intense aerobics.
