I'm Male 39 weight right now is 162 pds.. About 3 weeks ago I upped my calorie intake to about 1850 since I was working out more 3 days to 5-6 days a week.. The first week I lost a pound but the last 2 weeks nothing.. I do cardio 3 days in a row , then do 3 days of strength training in a row.. On the rest day is when I measure it's been the same weight so looks like I'm maintaining. I don't know what else to do? Should I somehow restart my metabolism? If so then how? I'm feeling a little depressed and don't know what else to do.. Any other suggestions or guidance would be great.. Thanks!

Patience... maybe try putting your strength training days between your cardio days.. but ya... give it time.

Your body needs to adjust to the new intake and new burns, give it another two weeks and if you haven't lost anything try lowering your intake by 100 cals and see if that helps.

Yep give it time. I've been doing TDEE - 25% for almost a month now and the scale really hasn't moved and either has the tape measure. But I can tell I'm gaining lots of muscle and I see my body changing for the better :) Your body maybe retaining water and getting use to your increased workouts. Patience my friend. I know it's hard but slow and steady wins the race.
