I did my measurments yesterday (it's been 2 weeks since the first ones) And I've lost 12.5 inches all together! No pounds lost yet though, but it's the inches that I'm more concerned about anyway. 
My hard work is paying off! It was great to see that, because it will keep me motivated to keep going now. I can't wait to see what the next 2 weeks bring!
