This is my first time posting progress pics, so I hope I can get it to work I started watching my calorie intake November 2012 when i weighed in at 228 pounds. I had always told my husband if I EVER got over 200 pounds to take me out back and shoot me like a cow. At that point I realized something had to change. Being a daughter to an obese/diabetic mother and getting older made me see that if I didn't change, I would soon follow in my mothers footsteps.

I have been keeping my calorie limit at 1200 per day and being more active. I don't see a ton of difference in the mirror when I look at myself... but my XL scrub bottoms got waayyy to big and I'm in the mediums now. I have definitely felt more energetic the last couple of months and the stairs don't get me winded anymore. I still would like to lose another 40-50 pounds, 140 pound range would be ideal! I know I haven't made a huge amount of progress, but I would just like to tell those looking for support to stick with it! It takes time... YOU WILL GET THERE!

Your post is what really motivated me to get it together and start using this thing faithfully. I started about a year ago and the first week was amazing....5 pounds down the first week. Then, I was injured in an accident, couldn't do any exercising and I just gave up. Today, after gaining 15# from my original weigh-in, I had enough. Keep up the good work. This is great to see your transformation!!0
