Yum Yum Breakfast Burrito!

I was wanting a change from my usual "egg in a mug" or oatmeal routine, so I whipped up an ohh so delicious breakfast burrito.

Enjoy!!

2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp Homemade Crumbled Turkey Sausage (recipe found on The Yummy Life website)
1/3 Cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites
2 tsp Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
1 La Banderita Low Carb Soft Taco

In small skillet sautee peppers and onions on Medium heat until soft, then add the sausage (mine had been previously cooked but was frozen). Stir until warm, add egg beaters and scramble until cooked. Heat tortilla in microwave for about 15 seconds, then add egg mixture and top with cheese. Roll into burrito and ENJOY!!!

No lie, this recipe is so easy, but incredibly full of flavor.
