This past weekend I took a day trip to the beach with my mom and brother and realized how truly comfortable I was in my own skin. Even once the coverup came off, I wasn't self conscious or felt like I needed to cover up. I was proud of my hard work and knew that it was me and only me that has made this change. I always tell everyone if I can do this, anyone can. My weight loss journey is not over and I still have weight I want to lose and a body I want to get tighter before I go to maintaneance mode. But I am certainly on the right track!

    You and I have very similar body types. Thank you for posting your progress! You are slimming down in all the right places, and you look absolutely beautiful! You could be a Lane Bryant model, no joke. Go look at the models on their website and tell me you couldn't be one of them!
