    I've done 60 so far on my lunch break. I want to log these in my exercise journal - does anyone know what they would go in under? I've been able to find the others so far in the Strength section so have logged my sets and reps so I can beat them next time :)

    Im in. Little confusion. Is this alternate leg or at a streach 100 by 1 leg then 100 by other leg..

    I usually do it one leg at a time.

    Done. Need to break in 50 at a time. But done 100 for each leg.
