Hi everyone

This is the first forum that I've ever participated in but I've read some of the comments and everyone seems really genuine and helpful.

I'm just on my second day using MFP and it's a lot easier than I had imagined. I had initially put off using the app because I thought it would have been too cumbersome to add all the caloric info but in actuality it has helped me counter some of the problems that I have with eating. I've never used a food journal and I've never meal prepped until now and now I do it because I'm forced to and it's GREAT!

I'm 41-33-41 and 165pds and want to lose about 25 of those. I'm looking for more people to add and motivate me (in return, hopefully I can motivate you too!)
