Okay, so I did some calculations w the help of MFP an discovered that my goal for calories burned for thw week would be just a touch over the weekly goal if I stick to this schedule but that the time spent exercising for the week wouldn't have made it. Which is more important? Can I expect results?

I go by calories burned not time. Some days I burn faster than others. Depends on workout.0
