The husband wanted meatball subs. I did not want the big white fluffy sub bread. Sooooooooo I got these...

I cut it in half so that I would have to round pieces of bread. On each bread I added a slice of these...

Costco sells these amazing teriyaki pineapple chicken meatballs. I made a marinara sauce (with crushed tomatoes) and added the meatballs to the sauce and then added two to each flat bread.

188 calories (for 4 meatballs and marinara sauce)

and it made an amazing dinner! My husband could probably eat about 45 of these, so maaaaaaaaaaaaybe it's not enough for you guys that like to eat a lot, but for me it was perfect because I had had a big lunch!

398 calories total of awesomeness!

Looks so yummy! I've heard of those flat breads but haven't tried them so thanks for the recommendation. And those meatballs look tasty, I'll have to see if I can find them next time I'm at Costco. Thanks for the calorie breakdown too! You rock!

The teriyaki pineapple meatballs in the marinara = total deliciousness. In my opinion, of course!

That brand has a carmelized onion chicken meatball too and they are yummy!

And about 30 calories a meatball.
