    Hmm, yeah sometimes... lol

Most certainly not when your 3 year old sees a larger man and shouts out "Mummy is that man fat because he ate all his dinner?"

Or when your 7 year old comes back from the toilet with his Dad in a restaurant and says "Mummy, I went for a poo and think I lost a pound!"

As you can guess, the gym, healthy eating, diet is a big thing in our house at the moment while DH and I get healthier LOL!
  • LOL, I love kids. They totally tell it how it is. So blunt, but so cute. Congrats :)

Better than my daughter who said "Why is your tummy so big?" and then followed it up with "Let's see how jiggly it is" while patting my (very) jiggly tummy. Needless to say, I had no trouble avoiding temptation that day!

The other day I posted a comparison picture (two pictures taken side by side, one in June of 2011, the other a week ago), and when it was still up, my 9 yr old came home from school. She actually stopped dead in her tracks, and said "Mom, no offense, but wow, you look SO different now. You were pretty then, but you're so much prettier now" - so I totally get your son's comment!!

Awww, what a lovely comment. That was put so nicely... I think I may need to teach my son how to be tactful LOL

I recently completed 30DS and now every time I exercise my 6 year old son asks, "Are you gonna Shred today Mom?" or "How many calories did you burn?" He's my little support system. Kids can be very motivational!!!

    So cute!

I think my son misses the "cushion" for snuggles.

That rocks! My son is 15 so heavily censors anything he tells me and DW...oh well, can't wish him innocent again.
  • I remember when my middle son a few yrs ago came up to me and rubbed my stomach and asked if there was another baby in there~I cried for two hrs lol~looking back I can laugh but I think that hurt worse then some stranger calling me fat~GOTTA LOVE BEING A MOM :)

    Kids!!!

My son said..."Oh Mommy...you only have ONE tummy now!"

But that aside, my kids have been my biggest cheerleaders.

How cute. I don't have kids but my little brother is always teasing me in a good way & it motivates me! I'm either too skinny or obese haha and I love it. He's the funniest kid.
