On July 6th 2011 I had my beautiful little girl the only problem was I was weighing in at 160kgs :-O when I had her I knew I had to make a change and so I did armed with MFP some new joggers and an exercise bike I started my journey and today when I jumped on the scales I couldn't be happier to see 80.00 I'm officially half the woman I was WAAHOO now that I'm here what's going to happen I want to lose a little bit more (7kgs) so that I can be in the healthy BMI and I still have fat in places I don't like so onward and downward I go :D

    Wow, you look great, and you're beautiful. Fantastic job and dedication. You remind me a lot of myself, I have the overweight photos of me in the hospital and I remember thinking I had to do something about it for the precious child I was bringing into the world. Congrats on your success!
