Hello everyone :)
I'm new here. I'm Trying to lose weight after having my first child 12 weeks ago :D I have a considerable amount to lose to get back to PP weight. eek!
Im doing the 30 day shred + gym.
Is anyone from melb?

    HI Teresa I am from Melbourne. Best city in the world ;) You and baby look beautiful. We have our first grandson, Levi who his 4 mths. Babies are so wonderful. :)
    This site is great its helped my family lose 25kgs in the last 5 weeks, Im sure you will find it helps.

    Haha! Crimnals can be anywhere these days :) I live in a nice area of melbourne after moving here from the country. I haven't had any trouble at all and the suburb is beautiful!

    Oh and it is a beautiful city! I can't blame you for missing it. I think I'll always be a country girl at heart though :)
    Lovingangels.. Babies are beautiful! Congrats on becoming a nanny :)) our little boys name is Harvey :) he really does keep me on my toes lol! I'm lucky to finish half of a workout at home but I luckily get to go to gym once my other half gets home. And I take little Harv for walks depending on the up and down weather. I hope I can have as much success as some of you :)
    And thankyou for the well wishes! I hope to kick butt haha! :P

    I am in Melbourne Everyone! (AUS) Looking for Melb pals to help me along the way and I will also help as much as I can.

    I am an unfit and need to start walking and jogging again. I started the Michelle Bridges 12WBT 4 months ago and lost 12kg in 12 weeks so it was going good! The past 3 weeks I have been naughty though as excuses, excuses, I have started a new job!
