I always gain weight during that T.O.M. usually 2-3lbs! However this month, I have eaten loads more food, upped my calories and LOST 1lb... this is after having a steady month and a half at not losing anything!
No point to this thread really, just a bit confused LOL! (it doesn't take much)

Hehehe. I hear ya. My loss had been draggingly slow over the past several weeks, and then the past few days things kicked back into action. And this morning, I had a special friend visit. ::disgusted look:: Stupid "friend."0

Lol, that might sound totally nuts now: if I eat healthy during the months I am not putting on any water weight during TOM. If I ate unhealthy during the weeks leading up to it I put on up to 5 pounds.0
