I have had the flu since Sunday and all motivation has gone out the window. On Monday and Tuesday night I laid in bed and ate the two easter eggs I got, since they have been gone all i have been craving is sugar constantly and finding it really difficult to stick to my 1200 calories a day, as its been a struggle to go to work, i havent dont any of my 4 nights a week at the gym, and i havent sleep much either
I wish I was one of those people that lost my appetite when I get ill but I go exactly the opposite even if I feel sick or cant taste anything I just comfort eat
I just want to eat everything in sight, helppp :-(

I'm a big believer that you should listen to your body, and especially when you are sick your body needs fuel to help your immune system do the job of helping you heal. While I wouldn't recommend eating crazy amounts of junk food, I would say that if your body is telling you that you need to eat, then do that. There are websites and articles that tell you what to eat if you are craving certain junk foods, try looking at one of those and you may be able to tell what vitamins and minerals your body actually needs and find a healthy alternative to eat that will help keep your calories down, but you may want to throw the 1200 a day diet out the window until you feel better.0
