Favourite & Worst Excercise

What's everyone's favourite and worst exercise?

My Favourite is either squat or chess press as I find it easy and enjoy big weights with these exercises.

Worst is pull ups or Jumping/leaping lunges, trying to improve my pull ups and my heart races when doing leaping lunges not to mention my legs ache.

    Squats - Mainly as my best lift

    Deadlifts - Great to let all the Anger out

    I suck at Pull ups, Slowly improving them, Tried "Good Mornings" a few times, all kinds of Wrong!

    mainly being doing cardio workouts at the gym so....

    best - rowing machine - as it works most of your body

    worst - treadmill - just cant get on with the going nowhere staring into space


    out of other exercises...

    best - leg press

    worst - leg throw exercise for working abs.....hurts like hell the next day but feels good after that...until its time for the next session at the gym lol

    worst - *kitten* packets (This is where you lie on the floor and raise your legs up by just an inch or so, it probably has a proper name but that's what we call it at derby. lol. I cannot do it at all, I don't know why.)

    What is a dive bomber push up?

    Favorite-elliptical...spin bike...TRX straps...I have a lot of favorites!

    Worst-ball squats ....nothing makes me feel like puking afterward like 30 seconds of ball squats!

    LOL! *kitten* packets ... I love that name!

    Favorite: Rowing machine. I alternate grip and plane every 10 calories so my arms are stinging after 10 minutes.
    Worst: Any cardio! I do 35 minutes of it but can't stand it. Give me a ball or something to chase after then I'm fine.

    Favorite exercise is squat.
    Least Favorite is squat.

    I generally work around the 85-95% of my 1rm on this and when you are in that range, everything hurts while you do it.

    Favorite is a x-fit / kickboxing workout....worst is attempting to do pull-ups ever since I tore my rotator cuff (twice). But ah f@#k it excuses are like *kitten* right?

    I used to really enjoy crunches, but now I hate them. The feel like a chore. I don't know if muscle weakness from two pregnancies have anything to do with this. When I get down to do crunches, I have actually just found myself laying there falling asleep instead.
  • Favorite- running (hate starting but feel great once I get started) or box jumps
    Least Favorite Swimming or Burpees

    Favorite: Folfing (frisbee golfing) or hiking

    Least favorite: Running. Bleh...feel sick just thinking about it.

    -Rotational sandbag lunge w/ water fillers
    -Clean & Press
    -Dips
    -Jump rope
    -Mountain climbers
    -Jump squats
    -Body rows

    Worst:
    -Running - I would rather do burpees until I puked than run a mile.
