Anyone know any good exercises to help get rid of upper back fat that is right below the neck?

Maybe some shoulder or back exercises like push-ups? I've gradually had the fat come off my neck as I've lost weight.0

unfortunately it's hard to target certain areas for fat loss. basically you lose it in the reverse order you put it on: water weight, then the fat you most recently accumulated, then the stuff that's been there for a long time. the best thing you can do is just do cardio to burn and strength to build muscle. More muscle = higher metabolism = more fat zapped away.
it will take a while, but it will work if you stick with it. hope that helps!0 -
I had the hump too. I have been doing water aerobics 3 times per week and it is almost gone:) So yes, cardio and upper body work outs will help get rid of it.0

Like the above posters said, you cannot spot train. Doing a lot of cardio will help you burn fat all over. I never thought I'd get rid of the back fat that bluged out from under my bra but as hipbones, abs and cheekbones started to become more visible, I noticed that went away too! It will happen, but you need to be diligent! Good luck!!:flowerforyou:0

You should also try exercises to strengthen and tone your upper body...specifically your back muscles that help your posture. I'm terrible at practicing what I preach about this, but try to be aware of your posture and work on it throughout the day. Eventually, you'll be practicing better posture without even thinking about it.0
