Calories - P90X Cardio X

A while ago I was trying to figure out how many calories burned doing a P90X video. I purchased a Petite Mio Watch, which I now love! I know it calories burnt varies from person to person based on a lot of factors. But if anyone wants a general idea - my Mio calculated my calories for P90X Cardio X at 300 burnt. Just wanted to share!

    300 sounds about right. The average is around 300-600 depending on the workout and intensity level.

    I'd tend to think it was higher than 300 in that one hour. I'm thinking more 500-700 for me anyway.

    I did that DVD a couple weeks ago and wore my Polar FT7 HRM. I burned 356 calories in 43 minutes (496.7 calories/hour).

    For reference, I'm 5'11 and 173 pounds.

    I burn around 500!! most other cardio dvd's burn way more calories!! and I don't find cardio x challenging!!! I think brazilian butt lift workout is more intense!! just sayin'!

    I am a 5'3", 147#, 42 y.o. female. I burned 515 calories doing P90X Cardio for 48 minutes at an average heart rate of 146 per my Suunto heart rate monitor and belt. Hope that helps someone!

    I am not sure how many calories P90 X Cardio I think depend how big or small you are. But I found this online and hope this helps..http://p90xcalories.com/

    I'm 5'3", 140#, 39yo and burn 300cal max doing Cardio X. It's not high intensity for hte entire workout. 500cal is more feasible for me with PlyoX (and that's even aiming high). I do use an HRM fwiw (Polar FT4).
