I don't really have anything important to say. I'm still working hard. I missed two days this week due to illness but I'm posting these pictures anyway. This is the HALFWAY point! I sure hope to get some incredible results in the next 45 days. Thanks to all who are so supportive and thanks to all who may be here just creeping, either way. I'm sharing this to help keep me motivated. So really, it's not you, it's me. (-George Costanza)

    I am just doing P90X. I have substituted some outdoor cardio activities a few times for the Kenpo X but other than that it's all P90X.

    yes, sorry! I can already see and feel a difference in a my arms. So far, I am loving it.
