I've just joined myfitnesspal after searching the app store on my new ipod touch.
I have to say that I'm really gald that I did.

I'm here for myself, and to have a better body image.
I only want to lose 10 pounds and I feel it will impact how I view myself in a really positive way.

I'm also like the idea of keeping a meal or food log. The calorie counter etc.. is a really neat tool.
