    I weighed 150 in January. Now, I weigh 139.
The ONLY way I can do this is to eat right and exercise, otherwise I gain it back...
I don't totally deprive myself tho - and I can still maintain a decent weight :)

It took me 20 months to hit my original goal weight of 155 (my old high school weight). (I started at 243 pounds.) I changed things up every thirty pounds - started with just counting calories, then added in regular cardio exercise three days a week and then started tracking my macros more and increasing my workouts to six days a week, including weights. Calorie wise I started following MFPs suggested limit, but now use my RMR.

The rest of my life, really. I mean, I have weight goals, but those will continue to be there in maintenance. Plus, I'll probably add more goals and stuff along the way. To just hit the weight I want I probably still ahve a few months.
