I taking a stab in the dark and saying 550 for the hour. It's hardcore, lots of core work, very few breaks, sweating like crazy. using 8-15 pound weights depending on arm exercise and 25 kettle bell. It's a pretty typical bootcamp, with burpees, planks, pushups and all sorts of ab work. Does 550 sound about right? I don't want to over estimate. thanks.

same question.
I bought a Bodybug just so I could track this workout, but the damn thing was defective.
MFP estimates about 550 for 60 min of calisthenics... which is pretty much the same thing.0 -
It depends.....I haven't used a HRM in a while but I ranged between 500 and 700 cals per hour when I did. The lower amount on days with more weight work and higher cals on days that were cardio intense. I think 550 is a good estimate.0
