Hey all -- just wondering if I should exercise tomorrow? I am running a 4 mile race with my family on the 4th of July - annual Firecracker Four in Hales Corners, WI! I have been regularly exercising everyday (alternating between running/biking/taebo and pilates) and not sure if I should take tomorrow off to rest up? Or if I should just do a short bike or run to keep my legs loose???

Thanks for input!
Happy 4th everyone :flowerforyou:

I am by no means an expert, but I would think a really good yoga routine and short bike ride or jog would be the perfect thing.

Absolutely! Whatever you choose take it easy, you don't want an injury. Have fun

I always like to eat well and rest the day before a race. If you do anything, just make sure it is light.

I agree take it as a rest day. :) and don't forget to eat your carbs today, light and healthy tomorrow and make sure you are well hydrated. Have a fantastic race!
