Down 6lbs - a work in progress

Not there yet, but this is 6lbs down and a whole load of progressive bodyweight exercising, yoga and kettlebell routines.

I can see the belly fat coming off, but it looks like I will always be barrel chested somehow - under the ribcage is not fat so much as diaphragm by the feel of it.

That is a hella impresiive 10 pounds off. I've lost 12 and can't see anything like that. Fine work.

Just take a look at BKS Iyengar. Just means you can take deeper breaths - that or you do a lot of backbends.

I think there's a huge difference, btw. Great job.

I don't even care how much or how little you lost, the change in your shoulder posture is amazing. Be proud!
  • Good for you! I hope to be there one day!

My mid section seems to be angry that I am trying to lose weight, so its holding on for dear life.

Thank you. It was the one thing I noticed when I put the two photos together. I feel so much better and more confident.
