    Unfortunately that couldn't be done without worrying about China. China is bound by treaty to assist N Korea in time of war. Now, I suppose the question then is, would China hold up their part of that treaty or turn a blind eye?

    2 untested missiles. In all likelyhood we would intercept them in space. If that failed they would most likely not even hit their target. Kimmy would just be wasting what little "deterrent" he has.
