Spicy tomato smoothie
• Serves 1
A nice and savory smoothie for the times when you don’t feel like having something sweet or fruity.
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup chopped tomatoes;
• ¼ cup chopped cucumbers;
• ½ avocado;
• ½ cup spinach;
• A squeeze of lemon juice;
• 5 ice cubes;
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste;
PREPARATION
1 Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend
