I don't love my handles.

If anyone has some good workouts/suggestions as to how to target the love handle area, I would very much appreciate it.
I would honestly be perfectly content with my body if I could just get them slimmed down.
Any help is appreciated!!!!!

    This is a tough one to answer because you can't target fat loss to specific areas. You're just going to have to keep working hard and those darned love handles will soon be gone.
  • You can train your obliques, however you can't spot reduce the area haha. You'll have to adjust your cals accordingly to get rid of it.

    Unfortunately, it's only fat there. Don't weight train your obliques though! Building muscle in your obliques will cause hypertrophy. Not ideal if you want a tiny waist.
