Do you know an unlicensed nutritionist?

Not really but she acts like it. I've been trying to lose weight and it's been a process but she blames my slow progression on it on being vegetarian and tofu. I like tofu but I only eat it once a week at most. I have been trying to lose weight long before being vegetarian or flexitarian. My last success was the shake/meal bar route and low calories. Not happy about it, but that's what worked. I have trouble making low calorie meals.

Mind you this is the same woman who was sitting on the couch eating Vienna sausages earlier reading the ingredients that include "mechanically separated chicken, corn syrup ect.."...I don't know how to explain to her that being vegetarian is fine. She doesn't have to like it.

She sees me cook and go work out so it's just annoying. Needed to vent. I'm sure you all have some unlicensed nutritionists in your life no matter if you are vegetarian or not.

I once saw one who's response to my busy lifestyle was to tell me to eat canned soup and frozen meals - every day! No concept of the sodium content, number of chemicals involved etc. And to think I paid to see her!
