Hey all im new & looking for some support !

Im 24, i m a NICU nurse & im hoping that this calorie counting buisness will help me to improve my lifestyle !

Im not setting any big dramatic goals - i know from past experience i get obsessed with the pounds & as soon as i have a gain or a maintain im disheartened and go on a blow out binge!

Im just hoping that gradually ill start seeing NSVs like my clothes sizes changing or family & friends commenting !
