this is all new to me, I followed WW off and on for years,so this calorie counting is all new to me. I'm 5'9 and weighed in at 244.5 a few days ago! my question to you guy's is how may calories should I be eating in a day? I had a hip replacement 6 months ago, so the only activity I can really do at this point is walking, so I know my calorie intake isn't going to be as much as it would if I were more active. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the app first and set your activity level to sedentary and try that for a while. That's how I started.0
