the point of no return?

I started this 3 months ago for 3 days and didn't keep up. Now I'm on crutches and for some reason I'm more motivated now. There's something about feeling backed into a corner than makes me want to fight harder.
I think for me, if I know what a good "point of no return" is, maybe that will be even more motivation. I mean, if you got into your routine for 1 week, then going from 1 week to 2 weeks is easier? Anyone see that happen to you?

Nevermind - I know they say it takes 2 weeks to start a habit. I'm going to start it now, day #1. I tried in January, maybe it was the whole "new years" thing that got to me. Now there's less pressure.0
