By £10 a month to £45. What's the bloody point?! This confirms how **** big corporations are! To cut a long story short, 3 guys start a small boxing and circuit training gym. Gym starts showing success and a larger company swoops in and buys them out. Sure they have more facilities and classes etc... but I dont need them. I just wanna box and circuit train. And the new timetable is **** anyway my favourite classes are now on when I'm at work
Might just pack it in and go running or something. I'm paying enough in bills as it is. Arrrrgh ironically I'm so angry I could punch something but would have to end up paying £45!

That's a massive increase! Are there any other gyms nearby that you could look at? The council-run type ones are usually pretty reasonable. (I live in Wales and pay £21 for gym/swim/classes at mine).0

that's annoying, do you have a contract?0

Thanks tina, I'm not in a contract with them so can cancel at anytime but I really enjoyed it there0

That seems $$$... A full rate here (with pool n exercise classes at any facility) is about $40 a month. Try for a better deal by paying for a year or 6 months at once? I save $150 a year doing that.0
