Sorry for the really late reply!! For exercise in the first 4-5 months i gradually went from walking around my neighborhood about 2-3 times a week to about 5-6 times a week and also went from 15-20 min to 30min-1.5hours in addition to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and ripped in 30. I just joined a gym probably a month ago? and i go there about 6-7 times a week and i used to do 30-45 min of cardio and then about an hour of weights and 'floor' exercises like leg lifts and lunges, i have also(just this week) started walking/jogging to the gym(1.8 miles one way so 3.6 total miles) and then doing the weights and 'floor' exercises when i get there. I recently took a break from MFP(a couple of weeks) due to a plateau i hit but i am now back!(starting tomorrow!) So feel free to message me or post on here any further questions/advice i could give you :) good luck to all on your weight loss journeys!

You are a great example of how walking is a great way to lose weight and can be a wonderful start to an exercise regime! Way to go!

Thank you for the kind words! I love walking! And now that ive started incorporating jogging with it its gotten that much more fun! I love doing it outside(treadmills drive me nuts!!) Im also about to get Zombies Run! and try to get to jogging a 5k :)

I also wanted to let everyone on here know that they look amazing!! All of the success stories are motivating!!

I hate the treadmill! UGH! All I can think of is 'WHEN WILL THIS BE OVER????" Yet I can walk for 6 miles at a brisk pace like it's nothing!

I signed up for our company 5k that's happening next Saturday and the Electric Run 5k in May. WOOT!!!!!
