I'm excited to have hit my 50 lb shed mark since I joined MFP! In total I've gotten rid of 85 lbs so far. A friend of mine posted an old pic of me the other day and I now see what a difference there is! I'm not done yet, but am jazzed about the difference!

    You need the url for individual pictures then put it between img in brackets and /img in brackets.

    I'm 6' tall and 43 years old. I love the "you look younger comments!" Thanks for those!

    Starting weight was 305
    Today I hit 220
    Not sure of a goal weight because I've never been really fit and thin so I'm just going to see where my body ends up.
