I have given up on the ticker, it works sometimes and then does not, may be my computer or my skills so I will follow some of the examples of others. My goal is fifty miles.
4/1 thru 4/4 was 17 miles
4/5 3 miles added total of twenty miles

I walked a bit more than 70 mins today.... Knowing that normally we walk 3.2miles/hour, I was surprised that google maps pedometer showed that my walking track was actually almost 6 miles! It's encouraging, but it also means that I have to calculate every route- or buy a pedometer...
i am a bit worried about the working week to come - how will i manage almost an hour of walk a day.
but it's great being part of this group. it reminds me that i decided to walk every day 30-60 mins, and so reach 50-60 miles at the end.
