Bleached vs Unbleached flour?

I saw this at walmart the other day
http://www.kingarthurflour.com/flours/bread-flour.html
And I was wondering if this is better than using bleached?
They didn't have the organic version, just the regular "unbleached bread flour"
As far as your health goes, does it make a difference whether it's bleached or unbleached?
I've been making my own bread with whole wheat flour and it isn't the best tasting, so I was
curious if this would be better or.. what do you guys think?

I buy unbleached and I can't really tell the difference when I do baking.0

Both types of flour are all-purpose, which means they're equally good for making most baked goods. The difference is that bleached flour has been made chemically whiter in appearance than unbleached flour.
The bleaching process does compromise some of the flour's nutrients, but they are often added back to the flour.
Which flour you choose is a personal preference. Some bakers like their white cake and bread as white as they can be; others prefer their flour to be processed as little as possible.
I personally try to eat, cook, & bake as natural as possible so therefore, I use unbleached most often. Hope this helps!0
