Ok so the Fat 2 Fit site said my BMR is 1412...so that means thats how many calories I burn on a daily basis even doing nothing right? This site has me at 1250 Calories a day....So that means I need to up my calories to be over my BMR right? and thats why eating back exercise calories is important..? Am i close? lol

Im confused too, does this mean that if you earn exercise calories you have to eat more to make up for them?0 -
Ok found this on another message board...this helped me figure it out.. Follow this guide to make sure your calories are set up correctly

My BMR is 1412 and my TDEE is 2296....it says you need to eat the minimum calories of your BMR and under your TDEE...so my daily intake is 2,066 to reach my goal weight loss of 5 lbs. and yes you eat back what your burn so you stay at your daily intake goal. I know its confusing.. that link helped me a bunch!0
