Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. my current weight is 216 and my goal is 180 to 170. I do workout at least twice daily except on sundays. I am so glad this is FREE. I wish everyone luck.

  • Hello - I am a newbie -and i am hopping with all the support via this site i have a chance to lose this unwanted fat. I have just joined the 30lb challenge.
    I dont have a phone to download the app, so all this will done via the web, so i hope i can complete my food and exercise diary ok.
